Annual Community Flu Shot clinic

The flu shot for students will be $5.00 (cash or check made out to LCHD) unless you have active Medicaid. You MUST bring your current Medicaid card in order to cover the cost of the flu shot.
Adults needing a flu shot MUST also bring their insurance card. If your insurance plan is an accepted plan, then the cost will be covered. If it is not, the cost will be $30.00 (cash or check made out to LCHD).
